Satori Kalk Bay

All we can say for now is that we are going to be in Kalkies between Fishoek and St James/Muizenberg. We'll take over on 1 August and hope to be cooking from mid to third week in August. More specific news on actual venue which is secured and sooooooooo cool, to follow. Paul Simmons is new to the business and comes with some crucial skills, I on the other hand am a novice and can't wait to get started. All this leisure is driving me crazy!

As you may have heard by now Derek has moved to Penguin land to open a branch of Satori with his friend Paul.
